Dear users,

To further improve the security of all Cloud Platform products, SAP is planning a maintenance of its global authentication and authorization stack, which is used by SAP Conversational AI.
The maintenance is planned from August 15, 12am CEST to 4am CEST. During that interval, CAI will be unavailable for approximately 1 hour 45 minutes.

During this downtime, SAP Conversational AI users will not be able to chat with bots in production, and developers will not be able to access the platform.
