Dear users,
Our AWS datacenter requires a mandatory upgrade to the Node OS version. This upgrade will ensure SAP Conversational AI platform continues to run in supported version of OS image. The maintenance activity is planned for September 27, 12am CEST and will last up to 4 hours.
During this maintenance activity, SAP Conversational AI users will not be able to chat with the bots, and developers will not be able to access the platform.
We apologise for the inconvenience.
