Dear Users,

To improve platform stability and resilience, we are planning a server configuration update. No downtime is expected however the platform might be slower and/or intermittently unstable from Saturday, December 05, 22:00 UTC to Sunday, December 06, 02:00 UTC.

The maximum maintenance affected period will be 4 hours.

During this period, you might experience issues in training your bots or using other features of the bot builder. Your bots are expected to be serving requests during the maintenance however there could be small period of inconsistencies.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
