Dear customers,

As SAP continuously aims to enhance the overall security and the performance of its services offered to its customers, we wish to inform you that SAP Cloud Platform will perform an upgrade starting from 13 November 2020, 22:00 UTC until 14 November 2020, 02:00 UTC.

Since some components of SAP Conversational AI are running with SAP Cloud Platform, this will lead to a complete downtime of SAP Conversational AI during the same period of time.

When is the planned downtime?
This maintenance requires us to plan a downtime period:

From Friday, 13 November 2020, 22:00 UTC
until Saturday, 14 November 2020, 02:00 UTC

What will be the impact?
During this period, you will not be able to access the SAP Conversational AI platform, your bots or the bot builder. Your bots will also be unresponsive during the maintenance.

What do you need to do?
There is nothing to do on your side.

We only encourage you to communicate with your users beforehand to inform them of this downtime since your bots will not be running.
