While the problem has been isolated and contained, we are deploying a hotfix to prevent this incident from happening again.

Monitoring
We have identified the issue and took precautionary measures to make the platform stable again. We are working on the fix to avoid this situation in the future, we will continue to monitor the systems in the meantime.

We have noticed that database server inconsistency has briefly resurfaced again today. We are currently investigating the issue.
